IJbok, the beer that heralds the arrival of autumn each year. It’s a bock beer brewed in our IJ style, with 6.5% alcohol. Dark and robust, but less sweet than you might expect. It has aromas of roasted grains, a hint of coffee, and lovely dark fruits. A pleasantly dry finish, perfect for these wet autumn days.
