This pink-purple plum has a crispier flesh and higher sweetness than other plum varieties. We macerated these plums for almost seven months on a single oak barrel that previously held white Chardonnay wine from the Burgundy region. The lambikken originate from two barrels and three brews. Deze roos-paarse pruim heeft een knapperiger vruchtvlees en een hogere zoetheid dan andere pruimensoorten. Deze pruimen hebben bijna zeven maanden gemacereerd op één houten vat dat voordien Chardonnay-wijn uit de Bourgogne bevatte. De lambikken zijn afkomstig van twee vaten en drie brouwsels.
