Tommie Sjef Ca 2019 Lambiek/Geuze - 75 CL

Ca is a blend of several older dry-hopped wild ales and a saison. The various wild ales were dry hopped in the barrels for almost a year with NZ Cascade hops. Just before bottling, the beers were reblended with a bitter saison (30% of the total blend) to add some freshness and bitterness to the final blend. The hop aroma is not overpowering but well integrated into the whole of the beer. Vibrant floral and orange notes with an underlying farmhouse aroma, a bit dusty. It has a strong bitterness and a balanced sourness.
