Chill Bday is a beer that was originally planned for our fourth anniversary week. It is a double dry-hopped DIPA brewed with Citra, Galaxy, Enigma, Mosaic, Motueka, El Dorado, Simcoe, Wakatu and Nelson! Sort of a mash-up of Supernatural Creature and Mega Beast Freak (brewed for our third anniversary), and then the brewers go out with that improved treatment. Double creamy hop flavors of exotic tropical fruit with a hint of fresh citrus.
