The Gregorius shimmers in the glass in a powerful, dark chestnut brown. The nose is dominated by herbal and licorice aromas, which are underlined by notes of ripe fruit. The initial taste presents a strong malty body, characterized by coffee and roasted aromas. Regional honey and an Alsatian wine yeast provide a beautiful sweet and sour combination in the mouth.
