A powerful and hoppy IPA using a mix of American hops, giving the beer a fresh citrus and grapefruit punch. Contains barley malt. Taste: Initially, pink grapefruit juice washes over your tongue, with a hint of vibrant carbonation following you all the way down. Lime zest and even a hint of peppercorns can be found as you leave them on the tongue before the huge mango kick hits your teeth. Appearance: Deep orange with a fresh white foam head. Nose: The first flavor that jumps out at you and draws you in is the fresh taste of ripe mango, which turns into candied grapefruit peel. A few moments later, the enticing scent of sweet orange juice wafts in in the morning. Malts: Pale malt, Cara pale, Crystal 150 Hops: Columbus, Citra, Yellow Sub, Azacca Translation: Aurora Borealis (the Northern Lights)
