Gouden Carolus Indulgence is a limited series of beers that are brewed annually with a varying content. These 'Indulgence' concoctions are exclusive delicacies to enjoy at special moments or to share with special people. Cuvée Sauvage is the 2nd flavor produced under this label. Gouden Carolus Cuvée from de Keizer Rood was blended with 2- and 3-year-old Lambic (20%) from Brouwerij Boon (Lembeek). This union combines the best of two brewing traditions: full and subtle in taste, fruity and refreshingly sour.
