Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Proprietor's Stout 2022 – 47,3 CL (1 Pint)

The Proprietor's 2022 Bourbon County Brand Stout is inspired by the love of cocktails and the vibrant hospitality industry here in Chicago. This recipe came about after two of our brewers, Jason Krasowski and Paul Cade, spent a night out on the town trying some of the best cocktails the city has to offer. The result is a brewer's version of a jungle bird cocktail that combines banana, coconut, lime and a new ingredient for the Bourbon County Stout family: pineapple. The flavors are innovative and fresh, but also share the same expressions found in both bourbon and our Original Bourbon County Stout, but bring out flavors that are different from other owners. Proprietor's Stout will transport Chicagoans to the tropics this Bourbon County Stout season, a welcome escape from the Chicago cold.
