We are excited to introduce our very first tea-inspired variant. Brewer Paul Cade brought this idea to life, inspired by his friend Martha, who prefers tea to coffee. Our Bourbon County Kentucky Fog Stout is a variation on the London Fog tea drink. With that flavor profile in mind, the brewers added Earl Gray Tea and Black Tea from Kilogram Tea, as well as clover honey from The Honey House, to create a Bourbon County Stout variant with complexity like never before.
