Equilibrium Swiss Bliss - 50 CL

Before adding more base to barrels for the second batch of the BA version, the brewers worked with Brandon on his recent visit to make a little extra of our acclaimed brew to also release it fresh. For this beer, the brewers have kept all additives exactly the same. Once the base was ready, the brewers conditioned it with Brandon's favorite coffee from home in Richmond, VA; @rostovscoffee Roasted Swiss chocolate almonds together with almonds and marshmallow. The result is a beautifully decadent hot chocolate brownie stout, laced with a rich nutty flavor from the almonds and a slightly sweet, magical marshmallow finish with just enough coffee to cut through all the sweetness. The short version - this beer drinks like a bowl of rocky road ice.
