Our new core lager is here! We also made it gluten-free! This Helles Lager is brewed with 100% German malts and 100% German hops. Fermented slowly at a low temperature, so that the yeast leaves a neutral taste and the German malt and hops come to the fore. Expect a soft, bready backbone with a hint of sweetness, followed by floral notes and a subtle hint of spice. Unpurified, unfiltered, unpasteurized natural beer. Suitable for vegans.
