Version 2020 - Season 19/20 Bottling date: June 17, 2020 Blend of rhubarb with one- and two-year lambic One tank of rhubarb lambic was transferred to a recently emptied raspberry lambic tank before bottling. Beer with a spicy and fruity taste. A slight astringency accentuates the subtlety and the end note. Beer with a long shelf life, with an evolving taste.
