The Mikkeller old Gueze lambic is a new unique collaboration between Mikkeller and Boon. This blend consists of lambic from one to three years old and is made according to the traditional method of spontaneous fermentation in the Zenne Valley, Belgium. This special blend has a special twist and is matured in oak barrels previously used for Calvados. Ideal for a meal or in combination with cheese. Made in collaboration with beer master Frank Boon. Oude Geuze brewed by Boon.
