Kriek Boon Mariage Parfait consists of 1 year old heavy lambic flavored with overripe cherries, 400 grams per liter. The longer maturation in small oak barrels gives it its special taste. The lambic is bottled and stored in an air-conditioned room for secondary fermentation for six months. Kriek Mariage Parfait has an alcohol volume of 8%. The wine has a shelf life of at least 20 years and is ready to drink after approximately 2 years in the bottle. This is perfection in cherry beers. Try it and admit that it surpasses the best wine. The barrels give this beer its fine oak flavor with hints of vanilla and cloves. It has a wide mouth with a warm body and roundness reminiscent of dried cherries and wild flavors.
