Bang the Elephant Hobi-Wan-Kenobi – 44 CL

Episode Two: The Darkside Edition. Collaboration between Emperor's Brewery and Abstract Jungle Brewery. 11.8% pure decadence. 10 kg of Chocolate Hob Nobs in the puree, 30 kg of Golden Syrup at the boil and 25 kg of Muscovado sugar from the deep south. Aged in 20 year old rum barrels for 10 months and finished with toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla towards the end of the time locked in the barrel, really turning this imperial stout to the dark side!
