Antidoot Gentiana lutea 2019 - 75 CL

Inspired by Alpine liqueurs and Italian amaro, this 1-year-old sour bitter beer was brewed with harvested gentian root and organic bitter oranges, both of which were added to the coolship overnight and poured into the barrels. Bottled January 2019.
