Antidote Artemisia absinthium 2021 - 75 CL

In our search for sour-bitter combinations, the brewers have infused a beer, aged for about a year in barrel, with dried wormwood flowers from our garden. The beer itself was brewed with barley malt, raw wheat and old hops.
