Anchorage Into Nothingness – 37,5 CL

Imperial Stout fermented and aged in Missouri oak foeders. Finished with bananas, Madagascar vanilla beans, roasted coconut and raw coconut. 15% vol. We worked hard to bring out the banana character in this beer, but it was definitely a lot harder than the brewers expected. Literally tons of bananas later, tried different types of bananas, delayed the release until the brewers got it right, the result is amazing.
