bottling date: 27/07/21 This iteration of Zenne y Frontera is a Sherry Barrel Aged Lambic Blend of one, two and three years. This Zenne y Frontera is a special blend of sherry lambics that have matured for one, two and three years on Oloroso- , Fino and Amontillado barrels. As a result, the average weighted age of the blend is 32 months at the time of bottling. One of the barrels that the brewers used has some slightly peated characteristics in addition to the typical sherry tones. The lambics came from five different brews, more than half of the volume of which was brewed by us. NL Zenne y Frontera is an assembly of traditional lambics that is further matured in old authentic sherry barrels. FR Zenne and Frontera are a blend of traditional lambic that contains much of the authentic sherry. NL Zenne y Frontera is a blend of traditional lambic that matured in old authentic sherry barrels.
