3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze 2015 - 75 CL

Assembly of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic, spontaneously fermented and matured in oak barrels. Not filtered. Spontaneous wild fermentation in the bottle. Lambic is brewed with 60% barley malt, 40% wheat, old hops and water.
